When Will My Order Be Processed?

Most orders are processed within 2 business days.

After you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. This will confirm order details, ship to address, and order number.

To check on Order Status & Tracking: Log into your account and go to Order History. You will see your orders and corresponding Tracking Numbers.

What Forms of Payment Do you Take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard,  American Express, Apple Pay, Pay Pal and Google Pay. Your card will be charged on the date your order is processed.

How Much Is Shipping?

Free Shipping on orders over $40
Expedited Three Day – $20. Note: The order must be placed by 12 pm to be processed on the same business day. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.


What is your Return Policy?

You may return purchased Products for any reason for a full refund of the Product purchase price actually paid within 30 days following the date you receive the Products, subject to compliance with the following: You must pay the return delivery charges and assume all risk of loss and damage to Products while in transit to basq nyc. We recommend you return via a trackable common carrier. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in “as new condition.” If you return Products (1) which have been damaged or used, (2) after the 30 day returns period, (3) without proper or with missing packaging, or (4) without pre-paid delivery, basq nyc retains the right to refuse to refund Product purchase price.
