We make our best efforts to ensure all products on-line are available when your order is processed. Should an item be out stock at the time of fulfillment, we will notify you immediately with an in stock date, your options for exchange or cancellation.
GIFTS & CURATED OPTIONS
If you would like to send an item as a gift, you may choose Gift Message or Gift Wrap at check out.
A Gift Message is a typed message (100 characters max) that appears on the Packing Slip within the order.
Gift Wrap includes a Gift Card and a decorative Gift Box with ribbon. There is a $4.50 additional charge for gift wrap.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
basq NYC ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship orders via FedEx and UPS.
We apologize, but Fed Ex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you need to ship to an APO, Please contact our customer service and we will try to accommodate your order.
If you create an account at basqnyc.com, your shipping status will update within the account and a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not create an account, confirmation will be sent to the email address used to complete your order.

basq NYC is able to ship to some International locations on a case by case basis. This may requires using USPS or World Class UPS. Specific charges are available during ordering.

You may return purchased Products for any reason for a full refund of the Product purchase price actually paid within 30 days following the date you receive the Products, subject to compliance with the following: You must pay the return delivery charges and assume all risk of loss and damage to Products while in transit to basq nyc. We recommend you return via a trackable common carrier. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in “as new condition.” If you return Products (1) which have been damaged or used, (2) after the 30 day returns period, (3) without proper or with missing packaging, or (4) without pre-paid delivery, basq nyc retains the right to refuse to refund Product purchase price.
