I took a prenatal yoga class. Not only did it help to keep me in shape but our instructor taught us ways to ease pain from pregnancy, and positions to help with labor.
I also joined a water aerobics class. I was the only person younger than 60 and I loved it! The women were so sweet to me. I loved feeling weightless in the water and I was able to take the class until the week that I gave birth.
Running or power walking to the very end – keep moving!
