ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 2 business days.

After you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. This will confirm order details, ship to address, and order number.

To check on Order Status & Tracking: Log into your account and go to Order History. You will see your orders and corresponding Tracking Numbers.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be charged on the date your order is processed.

If you have joined our Membership Subscription Plan, payments are processed the day of shipments.

PAYMENT SECURITY
When you place an order on basqnyc.com we encode your information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the most advanced consumer online security to date. Your bank details are not kept on this website.

BACK ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK
We make our best efforts to ensure all products on-line are available when your order is processed. Should an item be out stock at the time of fulfillment, we will notify you immediately with an in stock date, your options for exchange or cancellation.

GIFTS & CURATED OPTIONS
If you would like to send an item as a gift, you may choose Gift Message or Gift Wrap at check out.

A Gift Message is a typed message (100 characters max) that appears on the Packing Slip within the order.

Gift Wrap includes a Gift Card and a decorative Gift Box with ribbon. There is a $4.50 additional charge for gift wrap.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
basq NYC ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship orders via FedEx and UPS.

We apologize, but Fed Ex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you need to ship to an APO, Please contact our customer service and we will try to accommodate your order.

If you create an account at basqnyc.com, your shipping status will update within the account and a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not create an account, confirmation will be sent to the email address used to complete your order.
basq NYC provides expedited shipping options during the checkout process.

Standard (5-7 business days) $9
Expedited Three Day – $20. Note: The order must be placed by 12 pm to be processed on the same business day. We do not deliver on Saturdays.
Free Shipping on orders over $50

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US
basq NYC is able to ship to some International locations on a case by case basis. This may requires using USPS or World Class UPS. Specific charges are available during ordering.

RETURNS
basq NYC would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. basq NYC will accept return of items with a receipt and order number.
To return your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please email us at customerservice@basqnyc.com within 14 days of your receipt. We cannot accept any products after that period.

We are unable to refund freight charges.

Damage returns – in the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please return to us for review. Once we have determined the item is defective, we will contact you to provide a credit or replacement. Replacements will be sent free of shipping charge.

basq NYC often sends samples with orders or as promotions. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive we can only send samples with orders.

ANIMAL TESTING
None of the basq NYC products are tested on animals.
